Do you thing the 'analyze' funtion ...
Is a serious detriment/help to over the board analysis? I'm finding more and more that I kind of 'rush right off' to that funtion when I load up my games. Perhaps it lazy to do without thinking things seriously through in my head 1st. I've often wondered if running through all of those analysis with that function helped me with some kind of 'mental experience' or if it really just hurts. Comments?

When I do use the feature (rarely), I use it after I've made my analysis in my head, and only in close, hard fought games to make sure I didn't overlook something stupid. Of course, with some of my games, it might have helped if I'd used it a bit more!!!
